Flight Requests

For guests who live 250+ miles from campus, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø is pleased to provide reimbursement for domestic airfare costs for the student and one parent or guardian up to $300 per person. ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø will provide complimentary travel to campus only once, and we do not cover lodging or additional fees such as checked baggage, seat upgrades, or airport transport.

All uploaded receipts are subject to verification and review. A valid ID is required to pick up reimbursement checks, which will only be distributed during Scholarship Weekend. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse guests who do not attend Scholarship Weekend.

For flight reimbursement, please ensure all portions of the are completed and submitted by Monday, January 8, 2026 at 5 p.m. EST.

Hotel Reservations

Because you are traveling to Atlanta, let ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø help arrange your stay at the . Located minutes from ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, the AC Hotel is offering a special rate of $159 plus tax for January and $159 plus tax for February, exclusively for Scholarship Weekend guests. For your convenience, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø provides shuttles to and from campus at the beginning and end of the daily competitions. Rooms are limited, so please complete your by January 2 and Ìý²ú²â January 30. Please be sure to check your emails before and during Scholarship Weekend for information about shuttle schedules.

After you submit your hotel request form, any changes to your request will be made directly by the AC Hotel Buckhead at Phipps Plaza. If you have questions about room type(s), parking, amenities, etc. at that time, please contact the AC Hotel directly.
